Selena will take over French company ACDIS
Selena Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of ACDIS France, a long-established distributor of construction chemicals, strengthening its position in the French market—one of its key growth directions in Western Europe. ACDIS France, based in Toulon, has operated for 60 years and specializes in sealants and adhesives for the carpentry and refrigeration sectors, mainly under the ACO brand. The acquisition will give Selena access to an experienced local sales and operational network. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026, subject to standard conditions.
Selena plans to introduce its Tytan Professional products more widely in France. Selena Group is a global producer of construction chemicals with 2024 revenues of PLN 1.78 bln.
