Serviced office space operator at Imagine in Łódź
New Work Offices, a Hungarian serviced office space operator, has leased more than 1,900 sqm at the Imagine project, which Avestus Real Estate is now developing in downtown Łódź. The transaction was brokered by Colliers International and Savills, representing the landlord and the tenant respectively. The Imagine scheme will comprise 17,200 sqm of GLA (including 14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail area) in two buildings. The development is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of this year.
