An auction of the unfinished Color Park shopping center in Nowy Targ is scheduled for March 11, 2026, with the property valued at about EUR 57 mln (around PLN 250 mln). Zbigniew Głowacki, president of the bankrupt project company, warned potential buyers that they may face lawsuits and legal challenges if they purchase the asset. He announced plans to file actio pauliana claims, register warnings in land registers and seek damages. The dispute concerns the circumstances of the company’s bankruptcy and financing structure, which Głowacki argues was misrepresented.

The project, once planned as a major retail and entertainment center with about 27,600 sqm of leasable space, was halted after bankruptcy in 2023. The case also involves ongoing criminal investigations and has attracted attention from Polish lawmakers.
