Apsys has sold part of its stake in the company that owns Posnania, a 100,000 sqm shopping and entertainment center in Poznań. The buyer is Czech investment fund Trigea. The deal is part of Apsys Group’s long-term strategy to bring capital partners into mature assets while remaining actively involved in their development.

After the transaction, Apsys remains a shareholder and co-owner of Posnania. Together with Trigea, it will act as asset manager, while continuing to handle property management, leasing, and marketing. The management model and development strategy will remain unchanged.

Posnania attracted 14 mln visitors in 2025, up 5.1% y/y, while tenant turnover rose 6.5%. Apsys said the transaction confirms Posnania’s strength and provides financial flexibility for further growth.
