Bajsownia, a new nearly 1,000-sqm food and chill-out zone, opened on June 20 on the ground floor of Supersam in Katowice. The space features eight artisanal food concepts offering cuisines from around the world, a central cocktail bar, and a green terrace designed as an urban oasis. Its name refers to the Silesian word “bajs,” meaning a bite or mouthful, reflecting the project’s focus on sharing, togetherness, and informal dining. The food offer includes Greek street food, ramen, Italian pasta and pizza, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, Indian cuisine, premium burgers, and Mexican street food.

Supersam has also prepared opening-weekend attractions, customer vouchers, and a summer program including outdoor cinema, pub quizzes, DJ sets, speed dating, and children’s events.
