Construction has begun on a new retail park in Ruda Śląska, located near Bukowa Street and the DTŚ express route. The project will offer approximately 6,800 sqm of gross leasable area and is already around 90% pre-let. Opening is scheduled for November 2026.

The development is being carried out by PKB Inwest Budowa in cooperation with TERG, while Scallier is responsible for leasing. Confirmed tenants include Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, CCC, HalfPrice, Xtreme Fitness Gyms, and Xtrem Kids, creating a mix of sports, fashion, pet-care, and leisure brands.

The retail park is being built next to existing retail destinations, including Castorama and Aura Park, strengthening the area’s role as a regional shopping hub. Its location near the DTŚ route is expected to provide convenient access for residents of Ruda Śląska and neighboring towns. According to Scallier, the leasing strategy focuses on creating a diversified tenant mix that meets local consumer demand while supporting investors’ commercial objectives.
