So far, 40 deregulation proposals implemented, 87 in Parliament

As part of President-signed laws and regulatory measures, 40 deregulation proposals have taken effect, reports SprawdzaMY – Entrepreneurial Initiative for Poland. Out of 500 proposals submitted, 487 were forwarded to the government, with 220 accepted, 132 approved by the Council of Ministers, and 87 under parliamentary review. 20 have been signed into law by the President. Over 16,000 legal change suggestions have been received since the initiative began—70% from citizens.
The "Big Seven" priority areas include taxation, digital services, justice, energy, EU law, health, and administrative efficiency. The Deregulation Task Force, established in March 2025, oversees these reforms. Organizers stress that real change must bring practical benefits, not just formal declarations.
