More than 52% of e-commerce companies face staffing shortages due to the highly competitive market, and 83% are concerned about the risk of rising inflation, according to a study by Spyrosoft eCommerce. Due to market challenges, 86% of e-commerce experts are undertaking various investments.

Spyrosoft reports that after years of growth, the Polish e-commerce sector is now experiencing slower growth and struggling with staffing shortages, high inflation, and technological challenges such as automation, logistics, and profitability. The pandemic, high inflation, and rising interest rates have significantly reduced consumer consumption.

Spyrosoft conducted interviews with 23 e-commerce executives and experts from large and small Polish and foreign companies from different sectors, resulting in a comprehensive overview of the industry and its condition.
