Stokrotka plans dozens of new store openings in 2026
Erbud has signed a PLN 63.3 mln net contract with Projekt Browarna to construct a multifamily residential building in Wrocław. The E Altair building, part of the Browarna Phase II development, will include commercial space and an underground garage. Completion is scheduled for May 6, 2028. The contract limits total penalties to 10% of the net remuneration.
Erbud’s Wrocław branch will carry out the project. Over the past 12 months, the total value of contracts signed between Erbud and Projekt Browarna has exceeded PLN 105 mln net.
