Survey: 4 in 10 Polish entrepreneurs believe companies will not survive decade
Polish entrepreneurs are increasingly concerned about the future of their businesses, according to CRIF’s Banking on Banks 2026 report. As many as 86% fear for their company’s future, while 36% believe it may not survive the next decade. Their main concerns include rising operating and insurance costs, declining profits, cash-flow problems, cybercrime, and fraud.
Global uncertainty is also affecting business decisions. Sixty-two percent say the global slowdown directly affects their operations, while 76% find long-term planning more difficult. Many companies are responding by delaying investments, prioritizing cost efficiency, outsourcing services, and limiting recruitment.
Artificial intelligence is becoming an important tool: 75% of entrepreneurs already use or plan to use AI, mainly for administration, automation, personalization, competitiveness, and risk management. However, 82% believe AI-generated decisions require ongoing human oversight.
