Survey: employees want pet-friendly offices, willing to change employers

Pet-friendly workplaces are becoming an expected part of the work environment in Poland, rather than just a nice extra. A Mars survey of more than 16,000 employees across Europe, including 1,001 in Poland, found that more than half of Polish workers would consider changing jobs if it meant they could bring their pet to the office. Some 37% of Polish employees value pet-friendly office policies more than traditional perks such as discounts, free snacks or integration events, while 35% rank them above expanded benefits such as parental leave or private healthcare. Support is especially strong among Gen Z and millennials.

Employers see pet-friendly policies as a way to improve wellbeing, strengthen workplace culture and retain talent.
