Szczecin’s Lastadia Office changes hands
Commercial real estate company Greenstone Asset Management has recently acquired the Lastadia Office building in Szczecin in north-western Poland from investor and developer SGI. BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the transaction, whose value has not been revealed. Located in the Łasztownia post-industrial neighborhood of the city, the six-floor property was completed in 2013 and offers approximately 12,500 sqm of GLA. Its office area is currently fully leased out.
