TDJ to start building .KTW II offices in Katowice
Investor TDJ Estate will next month launch construction work on the second phase of its .KTW office complex in downtown Katowice. The tallest building in the city (31 above-ground floors, 133 meters), .KTW II will comprise 42,000 sqm of leasable space and is scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2022. The .KTW complex was designed by the medusagroup architectural studio and will offer a total of 62,000 sqm of GLA in two buildings. The .KTW I building was completed last year.
