The Danish company Shape Robotics to acquire Polish edtech Skriware
Polish edtech company Skriware has signed a letter of intent with the Danish company Shape Robotics for the acquisition of Skriware's entire share capital. The acquisition will take place in the form of a share swap, whereby the sellers of Skriware will receive new shares in Shape Robotics, potentially with the addition of a cash payment.
The parties have agreed on a preliminary valuation of the entire share capital of Skriware in the range o 5.8 - 6.4 million euros. Skriware president Karol Górnowicz said that the deal will help in building international sales channels and scaling up the operations.
