President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, has signed the law on a one-time cash benefit for pensioners in 2019, the Chancellery of the President reported.
“The program is targeted at almost ten million Poles,” Andrzej Duda said.
The benefit in the amount of PLN 1,100 is ex officio and there is no need of any additional applications or documents.
Pursuant to the act, the amount of a one-time cash payment will not be included in the income statement, nor will it be subject to deductions or debt collection.
