Poland’s biggest firms continue rewarding executives with multi-million złoty packages, despite mixed financial results, according to new Business Insider research.

The highest earners in 2024 were the board members of chemical group PCC Rokita, led by CEO Wiesław Klimkowski. The two-person management team received a combined PLN 23.7 million, including PLN 12.7 million for Klimkowski alone. That translates to nearly PLN 1 million per month per executive, even as the company’s net profit fell 47 percent y/y.

In second place were managers of Integer Group Services, which oversees InPost operations. Under billionaire Rafał Brzoska, board pay jumped 83 percent y/y to PLN 798,000 per month per executive, supported by a dramatic 951 percent surge in net profit to PLN 310 million.

Comarch ranked third, with average monthly pay for its five-member board reaching PLN 743,000, up 47 percent y/y. Other top earners came from JTI Polska, Ergo Hestia, Maspex (GMW Partners), Allegro, CD Projekt, Benefit Systems, and Grupa Kęty.

On average, executives at Poland’s top companies earned PLN 180,000 per month in 2024, down from PLN 197,000 a year earlier. However, some boards, including travel giant Itaka, saw pay spikes above 200 percent.
