Torus lays cornerstone for Gdańsk office scheme
Developer Torus has held a cornerstone-laying ceremony on the construction site of its Format office project in Gdańsk. The scheme, which will comprise 16,000 sqm of leasable space, is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2021. Designed by the APA Wojciechowski architectural studio, the development will be certified in the LEED system. Torus has to date built more than 160,000 sqm of office GLA in the Tri-city market. The company is now also working on the second phase of its Officyna investment in Gdańsk.
