Publisher Gdańskie Wydawnictwo Oświatowe has leased over 2,500 sqm of office space in the Neon building in Gdańsk, which is owned by developer Torus. The tenant will move into the property in January. Neon is the fourth and final phase of the city’s Alchemia office complex. Completed in November and LEED-certified at the “Platinum” level, Neon offers more than 35,000 sqm of GLA. The entire Alchemia complex comprises over 122,000 sqm of leasable space.
