German real estate company Trei has opened the sixteenth retail park in Poland -  Vendo Park in Jawor. The total investment cost was €8.7 million. This is the first of seven shopping park openings Trei is planning this year.

“From our analysis, it is clear that the commercial offer of smaller cities, with about 20,000 inhabitants, is still underestimated. Therefore, Trei's priority is to complete the portfolio of tenants of the investment in such a way as to best meet the needs of the local community,” Jacek Wesołowski, managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland, said.

The total built-up area of the investment is over 7,460 sqm, and the leasable area - almost 6,700 sqm.
