Trei Real Estate Polska has six Vendo Parks under construction with a total leasable area of approximately 26,000 sqm, the company said. The facilities will be put into use this year, and four of them – this month. Ultimately, Trei intends to deliver seven new retail facilities this year.

"Trei Real Estate Poland, a leading developer of small retail formats on the Polish market, continues the development of its Vendo Park network. After the successful year 2020, when the developer built, commercialized and opened six Vendo Parks: in Jawor, Płock, Częstochowa, Solec Kujawski, Łuków and Władysławowo, work on new investments is underway. Trei intends to add another seven new facilities to the portfolio of 21 retail parks of its network located throughout the country in 2021 alone," the release reads

Trei's strategy involves the construction of Vendo Parks in the immediate vicinity of one of the leading grocery operators. Within the same plot, a retail park of the Vendo Park chain is being built, with a wide range of various products.

In April this year, Trei plans to put into use four new retail parks: in Piekary Śląskie, Zielonka, Myślibórz and Koszalin. Vendo Park in Piekary Śląskie is a building with a leasable area of approx. 5,600 sqm. The tenants will include brands such as Biedronka, Orange, KiK, as well as six stores – Hebe, Tedi, Dealz, Neonet, Sinsay, and Smyk. In Zielonka, the developer is preparing a facility with an area of 2,000 sqm and is bringing a Media Expert store to the city. In addition, Rossman and Pepco stores will operate in Vendo Park in Zielonka.
