Trei opens Pułtusk retail park
Developer Trei Real Estate has opened for business its Vendo Park-branded retail park project in Pułtusk in the Mazowieckie voivodship, which is the company’s twelfth scheme of this kind in Poland. The development comprises 4,100 sqm of leasable space with its tenants including Martes Sport, KiK, Hebe, Empik, Media Expert and CCC. The investment is valued at €5.8 million. Trei Real Estate wants to open at least three more Vendo Parks in Poland by the end of this year.
