Tusk summoned by Polish parliament’s VAT investigation committee
The President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, has been summoned to appear as a witness before the Polish parliament’s VAT investigation committee on May 29, Marcin Horała, the head of the committee, said on Wednesday. Horała argued that while serving as Poland’s prime minister, Tusk decided about how to deal with VAT gap-related issues. “For this reason, he is an extremely important witness,” he stressed.
