TVN stays at Warsaw’s M76 office building
Commercial TV station TVN has renewed its lease agreement for nearly 1,200 sqm at the M76 office building in downtown Warsaw, which is owned by Austrian fund Raiffeisen Capital Management. Knight Frank brokered the transaction, representing the landlord. The M76 building offers approximately 5,000 sqm of office space. TVN, which has been its tenant since 2012, broadcasts its popular morning program “Dzień Dobry TVN” from a studio located on the ninth floor of the property.
