Two Marriott hotels and offices to be built in center of Katowice
Construction is progressing on the IASO mixed-use complex in central Katowice, where Chemobudowa is currently completing the third floor. The development will combine offices, services, restaurants, and two hotels operating under Marriott International brands.
The project will offer nearly 9,600 sqm of office and service space, including more than 8,000 sqm of offices across two buildings on Dyrekcyjna and Staromiejska streets. Its Core Business Hub is being developed as an “urban office” concept integrated with city infrastructure and local amenities.
The two hotels will provide almost 250 rooms, together with conference and event facilities available to office tenants. Ground-floor restaurants and service units will open directly onto the street. Completion is planned for 2027–2028.
