Unihouse has contract for pLN 20.9 mln for expansion of ZOL in Zgorzelec
Unihouse, a subsidiary of Unibep, has signed a contract to expand the Long-Term Care and Nursing Facility (ZOL) in Zgorzelec by creating infrastructure for chronically ill patients, Unibep reported. Unihouse’s remuneration for the project amounts to approximately PLN 20.9 mln gross, equivalent to about PLN 19.2 mln net. Completion of the investment is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
The Unibep Group operates in the residential, industrial, public utility, sports, and modular construction segments. It conducts business in Poland, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008, with consolidated sales revenues reaching PLN 2.6 bln in 2024.
