Unitop leases office on 11th floor of Wola Retro
One of the largest producers of halva and sesame seeds in Europe, Unitop, has decided to move its headquarters to the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw. The company will move into the premises with an area of 400 sqm situated on the 11th floor. The current commercialization rate is 74 percent, with only 6,400 sqm remaining for lease.
“Despite the turmoil in the office market caused by the pandemic, our commercialization department is successively signing new lease agreements. We are glad that companies with established positions on the market, leaders in their industries, focus on development in our office building. We try to do everything to provide our tenants with maximum comfort. The location of the facility provides easy access from every part of the city and access to a wide gastronomic and service offer, also in the facility itself. Employees willingly use the Fitness Club ZDROFIT, the CityBreak RestoBar restaurant or the conference center,” Izabela Miśta-Brzeska, Senior Leasing Manager, DEVELIA S.A., said
The Wola Retro complex is the newest office investment of DEVELIA in Warsaw. It was put into operation in the third quarter of 2019. Simultaneously with the construction of a modern A-class building, the pre-war, four-story building was revitalized and adapted to market requirements. The space in the office building, due to its attractive location, offered amenities, and unique design of building, is very popular in the real estate market. Knight Frank brokered the transaction.
