American fashion retailer Urban Outfitters is to open its first, flagship store in Central Europe, which will be located in the Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use complex in Warsaw. The company has leased a total of almost 900 sqm across two floors there. A project of Tristan Capital Partners (investor) and White Star Real Estate (developer), Elektrownia Powiśle will entail the renovation and redevelopment of a former power plant site and will comprise a total of approximately 55,0000 sqm of space, including office, retail, residential and hotel areas.
