UTC to move into Heweliusza 18 in Gdańsk
UTC Fire & Security, a provider of security technologies, has leased almost 7,300 sqm of office space in the Heweliusza 18 building in Gdańsk. The tenant will move into the property later this year. Heweliusza 18 was completed a few months ago by Apollo-Rida. The ten-floor building comprises 10,000 sqm of GLA and has already been fully commercialized. Its other occupiers are Trójmiasto.pl, Metsa Group Services and H&M. The property is BREEAM-certified at the “Excellent” level.
