Varso Place project manager to strengthen HB Reavis' management

Maciej Olczyk joined the top management of HB Reavis in Poland as a member of the management board and headed the construction arm of the company. He will supervise construction processes related to the implementation of the company's investment in Poland. These include, among others, three multi-functional skyscrapers Varso Place and the Forest office campus in Warsaw.
The construction team led by Maciej Olczyk consists of almost 50 specialists – nearly one-third of all employees in the Polish branch of HB Reavis. From October 1 this year. Maciej Olczyk, as Deputy Country Construction Officer, supervises the construction of modern workspaces with a total area of over 140,000 sqm. He combines his new responsibilities with the continued leadership of the team responsible for the construction of Varso Tower – the highest part of Varso Place being built right next to the Warsaw Central Station.
“Maciej's knowledge, experience, initiative, and managerial skills played a key role in the implementation of our projects in Poland. I am convinced that with his help in the new position, our construction team, an important link in the company's business model, will function even more efficiently, cooperating with leading contractors and suppliers of innovative solutions that are used in our buildings,” Peter Pecnik, Country CEO, HB Reavis Poland, said.
