Vastint completes Poznań offices
Developer Vastint Poland has obtained an occupancy permit for the second and final phase of its Business Garden Poznań office project in Poznań. This phase of the scheme comprises five office buildings offering a total of 46,000 sqm of leasable space and a multi-floor above-ground parking lot. The entire Business Garden Poznań development consists of nine office buildings totaling 88,000 sqm of GLA. Vastint Poland plans to secure LEED Platinum certification for all the new buildings in the complex.
