By acquiring the 16,000 sqm Silver Forum office building in Wroclaw, United Benefits Holding enters the Polish real estate market, positioning itself along the entire value chain. To maximize the property's value-add potential, the company plans to optimize it with an emphasis on ESG standards and mobility. The core vision is a modern office complex next to the historic city center. A redesign of the facade and a restructuring of the interior are planned by United Benefits Holding to allow for more flexibility and use across multiple functions. The property will be repositioned in the marketplace as a new work property using a manage-to-core strategy.

“We are delighted to have acquired an attractive commercial and office property in Wroclaw with the Silver Forum. Wroclaw is the third largest city in Poland. The country with the lowest recession rate in the EU – this is another factor that persuaded us to enter this market over the long term,” Michael Klement, CEO of United Benefits Holding, said.
