Visa has selected the The Bridge in Warsaw as the location for its new global Technology and Product Hub, leasing 17,300 sqm of office space. This is the largest office transaction in Poland in 2026 and completes the commercialization of the tower developed by Ghelamco.

The Bridge offers 54,000 sqm of office space and combines a historic building with a 174-meter tower. Existing tenants include Santander Bank Polska and Grant Thornton.

The project stands out for its advanced technology and sustainability features, including top certifications and energy-efficient systems. Visa’s choice reflects growing demand for high-quality, well-located offices that support modern work environments.

The deal confirms strong interest in premium office assets in Warsaw despite a mature market.
