Vortex Energy aims to debut on the WSE
Vortex Energy plans to debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) in the first quarter of 2022. The Group wants to focus on development activities in the field of wind farms and solar farms and build its own portfolio of assets.
The company has not yet announced the details of the offer but takes into account both the issue and sale of shares by existing shareholders.
"Both of these components are being considered, while the issue of shares is our priority goal," President Maciej Pepliński explained.
The company has so far completed wind and solar farms with a total capacity of over 425 MW, including 28 projects in Poland with a total capacity of over 320 MW.
