International distributor of high-end household appliances, Vorwerk Polska, has moved its headquarters to West 4 Business Hub complex in Wroclaw. Walter Herz supported the company in the search for a location and the relocation process.

Vorwerk Polska has chosen the West 4 Business Hub office building, located at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street, in the north-western part of Wroclaw, for the company’s new headquarters. The distributor has leased over 1,900 sqm of space in the newest building in the complex. Relocation to a new office is a result of the will to create better conditions for the development of the company's organizational culture and to provide the team with an attractive work environment, as well as the need to expand the co-working space. 

“Moving to the new headquarters is a natural response to the growing needs of modernizing office space. The new office of the company is an investment in our team. We chose West 4 Business Hub because it meets the highest standards in terms of comfort and safety at work. We also wanted to be able to arrange a spacious and comfortable common space, a modern kitchen and many training rooms. It was also important for us to be able to arrange the kitchen for the development of recipes for Thermomix®. The favorable lease terms that were negotiated were also a motivating factor in selecting this property,” Wojciech Ćmikiewicz, CEO of Vorwerk Polska, said.
