Consulting company Walter Herz is implementing a virtual walk around the properties that it supports.

“As the sole commercialization agent of Warsaw’s Centrum Królewska,  we are launching this solution is in this facility first. Virtual walks around the buildings will complement the system of internet and telephone services that we have just launched as part of our customer service.,” Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, Managing Partner/CEO at Walter Herz, informed.

During the virtual walk we can see Centrum Królewska from the inside, take a walk in the corridors and look out of the windows of one of the most recognizable and representative office buildings in Warsaw. We can access the view of the Saxon Garden and the Old Town.

Michał Karolkiewicz, Junior Negotiator at Walter Herz, also points out that in the office building located at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska Streets, only one office space is available currently, which is located on the 11th floor in the building.
