Warsaw second in Europe in rankings of commercial real estate and meeting tech challenges
Warsaw ranked 7th globally and 2nd in Europe in the WiredScore Index, outperforming London, New York, and Paris. The ranking, covering 40 markets and 1,600 commercial buildings, highlights Warsaw’s strong digital infrastructure, network security, and technological readiness. The city scored 88% in physical resilience, 68% in digital resilience, and 84% in cybersecurity, though experts note the need for better system integration and data management.
As AI adoption grows, office buildings must provide reliable power, cooling, and data transfer. Certifications such as WiredScore and SmartScore increasingly boost asset value, reducing vacancies and raising rents, confirming Warsaw’s rise as a competitive and innovative global office market.
