Fitness club operator CityFit has leased almost 1,200 sqm of office space at the Atrium Centrum building in downtown Warsaw, which is owned by CPI Property Group. The tenant will move into its new premises in April next year. The seven-floor Atrium Centrum building was completed in 2001. It offers 14,500 sqm of leasable space with its tenants including UPC Polska, Dentons Business Services EMEA, Medicover and Peter Nielsen & Partners Law Office.
