Catalyst Capital has started the process of re-commercializing the Harmony Office Center II office complex in Warsaw, which is owned by the Catalyst Core Plus European Property Fund. The company has appointed Savills and NAI Estate Fellows as the co-exclusive agents responsible for leasing space in buildings “B,” “C” and “D,” which offer a total of approximately 18,000 sqm of office area. The mandate does not pertain to building “A” of the complex, which is owned by the CRI fund and is occupied by Millenium Bank. Harmony Office Center II is located in the Mokotów district, just next to the Polish capital’s Pole Mokotowskie park.
