Warsaw’s Metropolitan building with excellent green credentials
The Metropolitan office building in downtown Warsaw has been re-certified and has obtained a BREEAM certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance at the “Excellent” level. Designed by star architect Norman Foster, the property totals 37,000 sqm and is managed by Colliers International. It is owned by RREEF Investment.
