Investment management company Commerz Real has recently held an official ceremony marking the re-launch of its Tulipan House office building in Warsaw. The building’s lobby has been given a make-over with the BVN Architecture studio being responsible for the new design. The property has also been provided with new features and amenities including electric car, electric scooter and bike sharing, as well as a tenant application which, Commerz Real claims, is the first app of its kind in the city’s office market.
Recycled materials were used during the modernization process. “We want to create a higher quality of experience for the users of our buildings with more sustainability and mobility,” Jens Böhnlein, global head of office at Commerz Real, said during the event. Tulipan House, which is located in the Służewiec business area in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital, was completed in 2008 and has been part of Commerz Real’s Hausinvest portfolio since 2013. The building offers approximately 18,000 sqm of office space.
