Developer LC Corp has obtained an occupancy permit for its Wola Retro office project in Warsaw. The scheme is located in the Rondo Daszyńskiego area in the Wola district of the city and offers more than 24,000 sqm of GLA with Cushman & Wakefield acting as the exclusive leasing agent. Its tenants will include Budimex, which was the general contractor of the development. The builder has leased over 7,500 sqm in the location and will move there next month.
