Flexible office space operator WeWork will occupy four floors in The Warsaw HUB, a mixed-use project that Ghelamco Poland is now developing in the Wola district of the Polish capital. The transaction was brokered by JLL (representing the landlord) and Cushman & Wakefield (representing the tenant). Scheduled to be completed next year, The Warsaw HUB will comprise a total of 113,000 sqm of space and will house office, hotel, conference and retail areas. Its other office tenants will include Getin Noble Bank and Standard Chartered.
