Wrocław-based technology company.Woodpecker.co wants to conduct a public offering of shares up to €2.5 million in the coming weeks, and to debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange at the turn of the second and third quarter.

"We have created an innovative tool with a global reach. Almost half of our clients come from the US. We are dynamically increasing the scale of operations and we are already a profitable company. The planned public offering and debut on the stock exchange are important steps in our history and the next stage of development. We hope that this will translate into an increase in recognition and transparency, and consequently on the further dynamic growth of the business," Mateusz Tarczyński, President of the Board of Woodpecker.co, commented.

The application offered in the SaaS model is used by over 3,000 companies in 70 countries around the world. The Woodpecker.co software supports the accompanying communication processes, including active sales, acquiring business partners, maintaining relationships, and recruiting candidates. Works as a full-time sales assistant: helps you manage processes, sends personalized messages with the appearance of being written in person, and reminds you of contact. Intelligent algorithms detect responses and assess whether a given person is interested in the offer, and as a result whether the communication should be interrupted or continued. The app's developers estimate that it saves about 20 hours of work a week.
