A new “mini-Manhattan” is planned in Wrocław, centered on Giant Tower, a proposed 272-meter skyscraper that would surpass Warsaw’s Varso Tower in roof height and become the tallest building in the European Union by that measure. Developed by Giant Development Group, the mixed-use tower would offer 175,000 sqm of space, including offices, a premium hotel, serviced apartments, restaurants, conference facilities, wellness areas and panoramic hospitality venues. The project’s estimated cost is PLN 2.6 bln. The development will also include four private student housing buildings and a neighboring office complex featuring four towers with a combined 165,000 sqm of GLA, including one reaching 214 meters.

The developer is considering either a joint venture or selling the fully permitted project, and is already in talks with a potential investor from Israel.
