Technology company offering an application that acts as an intelligent B2B sales assistant, Woodpecker.co., is approaching its NewConnect debut. The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted a resolution on the introduction of series A shares of Woodpecker.co to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market. In June this year, Woodpecker.co successfully conducted a public offering for the sale of shares with a total value of PLN 11 million. In the process of introducing the shares to trading, the company was supported by INC as an Authorized Advisor.

"We are already on the last straight on the way to the stock exchange debut. This is an important step for us, reflecting the dynamic development of the company and the expansion of the scale of operations. We are consistently implementing the strategy, the effects of which can be seen in the increasingly better financial results. We are waiting for the appointment on the first day of listing shares on NewConnect. I would like to sincerely thank the entire Woodpecker.co team and our advisors for their involvement in this process," Mateusz Tarczyński, Woodpecker.co's CEO, said.

In the first half of 2021, Woodpecker.co generated over PLN 6.5 million in revenues, which constitutes a 33.8 percent increase compared to the result for the first half of 2020. The company's profits grew even faster – the EBITDA result amounted to nearly PLN 1.5 million, and the net profit – over PLN 1.0 million and was over three times higher than in the comparable period of the previous year.
