“Zaułek Piękna perfectly blends in with the architecture of tenement houses in the city center and provides the highest quality office space, a rarity in this prestigious micro-location. We are delighted that one of the key tenants has decided to stay in the building for longer and that the property continues to attract more companies,” Lidia Malec, Associate, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills, said.
Zaułek Piękna is a modern nine-floor building with more than 8,000 sqm of leasable Class A office space. It is located in the very heart of Warsaw, between Trzech Krzyży Square and Zbawiciela Square.
