13th stage of Słoneczne Miasteczko in Kraków completed
Develia has already handed over a total of almost 1000 apartments in the first nine stages of Słoneczne Miasteczko in Kraków. Three more stages are under construction and the developer launched the sale of apartments in the 13th stage of the development.
Słoneczne Miasteczko consists of small, 3-storey multi-family buildings which have been constructed for over 10 years at Henryka and Karol Czeczów street in the Bieżanów-Prokocim district of Cracow. The developer is Develia.
The company has just introduced 108 apartments for sale, which will be built in the 13th stage of the investment. The offer includes units of 26 to 91 sqm. in layouts ranging from studios to 5-room apartments. Two-storey flats have been designed for the most demanding clients. First floor flats will have gardens, whereas balconies above them. Each building will have an underground garage with parking spaces and storerooms.
Prices of the apartments start from as little as PLN 5600 per square metre. The construction of the 13th stage of Słoneczne Miasteczko will be completed by the end of 2022. The general contractor is TK BUD.
By the end of this year, Develia plans to deliver 108 apartments to buyers.
