14 companies from Poland among Europe's Best Workplaces ™ 2021

On September 21, Great Place to Work® announced its annual list of Best Workplaces in Europe. In 2021, the list includes a total of 150 companies, and among the winners, there are as many as 14 companies from Poland. This is the best result of Polish companies in the European competition so far. This year's ranking was based on the analysis of surveys in which nearly 600,000 employees from 1,545 organizations across Europe took part. A few months earlier, these organizations were awarded the title of Best Workplace in their countries.
The winner in the large companies category was the Turkish company Kuveyt Türk, which provides services in the financial and insurance industry. The Dutch IT company AFAS Software turned out to be the best among medium-sized companies. The Netherlands also opens up in the small business category: Viisi Hypotheken is a company operating in the financial services sector. In the international companies category, the first place in the ranking this year belongs to DHL Express.
The Best Workplaces in Europe ranking consists of 4 lists: Best 50 Big Jobs (over 500 employees), 50 Best Medium Jobs (under 500 employees), 25 Best Small Jobs (under 50 employees), and 25 Best International Jobs. This year – for the first time in over 10 years of Polish participation in the European ranking, Poland managed to introduce its representatives to each of these 4 lists.
In the category of large companies, the IT company Sii Polska took a very high second place. Other Polish winners among large companies are the ANG Group operating in the financial sector and NEUCA representing the healthcare sector. On the list of medium-sized companies, Poland is represented by two IT companies: Idego Group and SoftServe Poland. Covenant.dev, another IT company, is our representative on the list of the 25 Best Small Workplaces. Finally, we have a traditionally strong representation in the Best International Workplaces category. The list includes Polish branches of the following companies: Cisco, Hilton, Amgen, SAS Institute, The Adecco Group, Grohe, SC Johnson, and Novo Nordisk.
