14th edition of HR Congress of SEG listed companies took place April 14-15

Experts highlighted demographic pressures, talent shortages, and the growing importance of employee retention, driven by workplace culture and leadership quality. AI is increasingly reshaping recruitment and employee development, enabling faster hiring and more personalized training.
The event also addressed civil defense, workforce resilience, and compliance risks. Overall, discussions emphasized the need for strategic, data-driven HR and adaptability to regulatory and technological change.
