The ROBYG Group has launched the second stage of the Wojszyckie Alejki estate in Wrocław. It will cover three buildings, each will have three floors. There are a total of 148 apartments on offer from 1-4 rooms – all with balconies or terraces. There will be elevators in the buildings, roller blinds and gardens in the apartments on the ground floor, and the Keemple SMART HOUSE system in each flat. Additionally, an electric car charging station will be installed on the estate.

“In Wrocław, acceptance of flats in very attractive investments is currently underway: Willa nad Potokiem in Muchoborze Wielkie, stage I of the Wojszyckie Alejki estate and Uroczysko in Sołtysowice. All investments were carried out under the name of ROBYG WPB – this is a brand that was created thanks to the acquisition of Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane. In May 2021, we will start handing over flats at the ROBYG Jagodno estate – the largest investment by ROBYG Group in Wrocław in terms of the number of buildings and flats. As part of the project, 900 apartments, as well as terraced and atrial houses, will be built. Osiedle Wojszyckie Alejki is a very interesting project – low-rise, well-located among the greenery. The first stage was very popular, which is why we are now launching the second stage. We are also actively looking for new land to implement further investments in Wrocław,” Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG, said.
